Layout Artist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Layout Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a passion for design. This role involves creating visually appealing layouts for our products and managing customer communications via email. You will also be trained to work directly with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Layout: Create and modify product designs and layouts using Adobe Illustrator. Ensure designs meet our quality standards and align with customer specifications.
Customer Communication: Handle customer emails, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Client Interaction: Participate in training to work directly with clients, understand their design needs, and provide guidance to ensure their vision is accurately realized.
Quality Control: Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and consistency before production. This job is 8 hours a day. During Work hours Eastern Standard Time.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator: Strong skills and experience in using Adobe Illustrator for design and layout tasks.
Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise and high-quality designs while paying attention to every detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills to effectively manage customer emails and interact with clients.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a team, accept feedback, and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Customer Service Orientation: Experience in or a strong willingness to learn customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with design for print media and/or promotional products.
Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop)
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Must use 15 Credits to or more. Immediate opening.
