Launch Operations Assistant

I am looking for a reliable, organized and detail-oriented person who is familiar with email campaigns and digital offer launches to help with my launches and membership.

This is a part-time position, starting at 5-10 hours/week at $7 (US) per hour.

In my business, I serve mothers by helping them learn to wrap up their baby in a baby carrier, so if you are a mother or can connect with this audience, that is a plus!

I require fast communication, good problem solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision (once trained), although I am always available for questions or clarification if the task is not clear. I want it done right, but I want it off my plate so it is not taking up my time. And I want regular reports so I never have to wonder if it's getting done, or when.

Launch tasks need to be done according to a launch schedule and include:

updating pages and links in wordpress

email sign up forms and tags

editing & scheduling emails & automated sequences

managing email lists

updating pages and links in ----------

updating links in bio (IG, FB, TT)

changing banners on FB page and FB group

managing Manychat sequences


Other roles would be dependent on your skills and experience but could include:

organization of assets on Google Drive and in Notion databases

downloading and uploading videos, making covers, editing transcripts in English

Setting up and managing IG, FB and TT shops

Youtube management/strategy

creating graphics in canva

repurposing my content into photo and carousel posts

creating and organizing SOPs

tracking KPIs
