Lush Beauty Bar – Lash Extension Course

Lush Beauty Bar is looking for an experienced Lash Training Manual Creator to help us develop a professional and easy-to-follow Lash Extension Training Manual for our upcoming lash courses.

This manual will be used to train new lash technicians and must be written with clear structure, correct lash terminology, and a high-quality educational standard, with a clean and professional design and strong visual layout.

What you will create:
A complete Lash Extension Course Manual, including topics such as lash fundamentals (natural lash anatomy and lash growth cycle), hygiene and safety, client consultation and contraindications, mapping and styling, isolation and placement techniques, adhesive knowledge (humidity, curing, hold), lash layers and direction, infill vs full set policies, safe removal techniques, aftercare instructions, and troubleshooting (stickies, poor hold, irritation, etc.). Certification guidelines can also be included if needed.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has strong experience as a lash technician (preferably also as a trainer/educator), understands professional lash terminology and correct techniques, can write clear and structured educational content, and has a strong eye for graphic design and branding. The final manual must look premium, clean, and easy to read.

Bonus skills (preferred):
Designing the manual in Canva (or similar), creating worksheets and checklists for students, and adding clear visuals or diagrams such as lash maps and isolation examples.

Project details:
Freelance/contract-based collaboration. We will provide the course structure, brand tone, and expectations. There is also an opportunity for ongoing work as we expand and add more courses.
