About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Locksmith Dispatcher to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage incoming service requests, coordinate technicians, and ensure prompt, professional service. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
Schedule and dispatch locksmith technicians to service calls.
Monitor technician locations and adjust schedules for efficiency.
Provide customers with estimated arrival times and service updates.
Maintain accurate records of jobs, payments, and customer information.
Coordinate emergency lockout and roadside assistance requests.
Communicate effectively with technicians and management.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.


Qualifications
Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with dispatch software is a plus
