Evening / Weekend Intake Coordinator (Remote | Part-Time | US Mortgage Team)**

His team specializes in purchase mortgages, refinances, jumbo loans, and investor financing for clients referred by top real estate agents, past clients, and Andrew’s large social media audience.
We are hiring an **Evening / Weekend Intake Coordinator** to serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads that come in outside normal business hours.
This is a highly important role. Many of our highest-value clients reach out during evenings and weekends — especially after open houses or after work hours — and we need someone dependable who can respond quickly, professionally, and warmly.
We’ll train you on the mortgage side of the business. What matters most is your professionalism, communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
* Answer and respond to inbound calls, texts, and leads during assigned hours
* Gather and accurately document required lead information
* Follow scripts and processes while still sounding natural and personable
* Coordinate appointments and ensure proper lead handoff to the daytime team
* Maintain organized records inside our CRM system
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
* Have excellent spoken English with a warm, confident phone presence
* Write professional
* Are highly detail-oriented and consistent
* Have experience as a VA, customer service rep, intake coordinator, or similar role
* Are comfortable using CRM software (GoHighLevel/GHL experience is a plus)
* Have reliable high-speed internet, a quality headset, and backup power/internet
* Can commit consistently to the required schedule
* Can follow systems and scripts carefully while maintaining a human approach
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience in the US mortgage, real estate, title, or finance industries
* Experience working with US-based clients
* Familiarity with RingCentral, Calendly, or similar tools
Schedule
**Monday – Friday:** 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
**Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
**Sunday:** 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Approx. **32.5 hours per week**
**Note:** US holidays are off. Reliability is extremely important for this role.
