We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in CA, USA, providing end-to-end IT solutions to our clients. We’re seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer who excels in infrastructure design, advanced troubleshooting, and project implementation. Key Responsibilities

-Plan, design, and execute infrastructure projects such as server deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
-Lead Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem server migrations and integrations.
-Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
-Configure and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
-Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 technicians for advanced troubleshooting.
-Manage cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS if applicable).
-Participate in technical planning, documentation, and client communication.
-Work closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience (MSP experience preferred).
2. Expertise in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
3. Strong understanding of networking (firewalls, routing, VPNs, VLANs, and switching).
4. Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools (Datto, Veeam, etc.).
5. Familiarity with RMM tools (Ninja, ConnectWise, or similar).
6. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
7. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft (MCSA, Azure Admin), VMware VCP, CompTIA Network+/Security+.
