We’re looking for a tech-savvy virtual assistant to join our team part-time (20 hours per week).
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly grasp new systems and tools.
Must have minimum 2 years Kajabi experience including setting up opt-in pages, sales and landing pages, sales carts, products, tagging, and segmenting.
An eye for website and graphics design.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs/processes.
Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps).
Background in tech or a related field.
Availability to work in the CEST/CET time zone, ideally between 12:30-4:30pm CEST

Especially skilled in technical tasks and troubleshooting small problems.

You will be working on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Creating landing pages in Kajabi (e.g., opt-in pages, sales pages, value pages).
Managing
Providing support during product launches.
Preparing and uploading podcast content.
Handling graphics and light design tasks.
Administering
Developing and maintaining processes and workflows.
Software Stack
Kajabi, Zapier, Slack, Canva, Stripe, PayPal, FB Ads, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Zoom.
This position is NOT for someone who:
Is thin-skinned and easily offended
Can’t handle direct communication
Doesn’t take ownership of their work
Is a full-time student and is unable to manage both schedules
Struggles with details and following directions
Isn’t a team player
Can’t or won’t self-reflect with the intention of learning and growing
Refuses to learn from mistakes
Is unavailable to work during Central European operating hours

Free Task: Applicants must complete a task (estimated time: 30-40 minutes) to be considered for the position.
Zoom Interviews: Applicants will be selected for a Zoom video interview before the final decision is made.

Compensation
Starting salary: $650 per month, depending on qualifications.
