The Role
We’re seeking a Kajabi & GoHighLevel Website Designer & Tech Implementor who has both the creative eye for design and the technical expertise to build and optimize websites, funnels, and automations.

You’ll work with Malva and Chelsey to design visually appealing websites, execute backend tech setups, and implement funnel and automation workflows inside Kajabi and GoHighLevel. This position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, resourceful, and loves combining creativity with tech implementation.

Core Responsibilities

Design & Implementation
- Design and build responsive, conversion-focused websites and funnels in Kajabi and GoHighLevel
- Customize templates and landing pages using brand assets and visual guidelines
- Set up opt-in forms, offers, checkout pages, and automation workflows
- Integrate tools and plugins as needed for lead generation, analytics, and tracking
- Create and manage design assets in Canva (and occasionally Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)
- Upload, format, and style content including videos, copy, and graphics

Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage and track tasks in Asana and communicate with tea ---------- mbers in Slack
- Follow detailed project checklists and SOPs while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and test pages, automations, and links before client handoff
- Communicate clearly through Loom video recordings for SOP creation, task updates, and technical support

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in both Kajabi and GoHighLevel
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Canva (designing graphics, mockups, and visuals)
- Experience with HTML/CSS basics for light customization is an asset
- Strong understanding of funnel flow, customer journeys, and automation logic
- Excellent eye for design, layout, and branding consistency
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy and quick to learn new tools or systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage tasks efficiently

Bonus / Asset Skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Copywriting or content layout experience for websites and sales pages
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Kajabi and GoHighLevel websites
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels, list segmentation, and CRM workflows

Hours & Availability
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Must have some availability for live Slack communication between 8 PM and 10 PM PHT and the occasional live meeting (advance notice given for all meetings)
