Title: KDP Reference Book Layout & Assembly Specialist (Prefer InDesign)

Job Description:
I’m looking for a detail-oriented layout specialist with experience assembling reference books for Amazon KDP (print) and Kindle. I already have all the data collected. Your job will be to professionally structure, format, and assemble it into a clean, organized book ready for publication.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble a facility-by-facility reference book using provided data
- Format using Adobe InDesign (preferred) or similar professional layout software
- Create consistent tables, headers, and section layouts
- Ensure formatting meets Amazon KDP print and Kindle requirements
- Prepare final print-ready PDF and Kindle files
- Make revisions as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing or assembling KDP books
- Experience with data-heavy, reference, or directory-style books is a plus
- Strong skills with Adobe InDesign (preferred) or equivalent tools
- Understanding of KDP formatting requirements (margins, bleed, tables, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
