Junior Software Developer (works with cursor, or other AI system)

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Developer with a passion for building innovative solutions to join our team for our Cybersecurity startup. In this fully remote role, your primary focus will be on rapid feature deployment and bug fixes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with a variety of AI models, with a strong emphasis on prompt engineering. You must know which model excels at at any given task and have strong working knowledge of the current best AI platforms/models. You must be able to think creatively and strategically to extract the best possible results from the models, directly translating those outcomes into seamless user experiences.

Deliverables
• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features.,
• Design, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance and output quality.,
• Rapidly develop and deploy new features and bug fixes.,
• Adapt to new programming languages and technologies as needed.,
• You have in depth experience working with AI. Your ability to communicate effectively with AI models is your strongest skill.,
• You have a deep understanding of at least one programming language, with a preference for web-based languages.,
• You are adaptable and willing to learn new languages and technologies quickly. Our primary stack is TypeScript and Go, but flexibility is key.,
• You are a fluent English speaker.,
• You are a creative and can think outside of the box.
