The Role
We need 1-2 junior Python developers who are excited to learn AI automation. You'll work directly on systems that handle thousands of real customer interactions daily.
Day-to-day work:
Build API integrations connecting CRMs to AI models
Create webhook systems that process customer responses
Develop conversation memory so AI remembers past interactions
Write Python scripts that automate repetitive tasks
Learn FastAPI by building real production features
Debug and improve existing automation workflows
You'll learn:
How to prompt engineer AI models (Claude/GPT)
FastAPI for building high-performance APIs
Real-time webhook processing
Database design for conversation tracking
Production deployment and monitoring
How AI automation actually generates revenue
Requirements
Must have:
1-2 years Python experience (university projects count!)
Basic understanding of APIs and JSON
Built at least one working project (thesis, bootcamp, personal)
GitHub account with some code (even learning projects)
Good written English for documentation
Stable internet (with backup - we know Philippines internet!)
Available Monday-Friday, day shift
Nice to have:
Used ChatGPT/Claude APIs before
Built a ---------- bot or automation tool
Flask/Django experience
Knows about webhooks
Basic SQL knowledge
Active in dev communities

Compensation & Growth
Starting (Month 1-3):
?40-60k/month depending on experience
Freelance contract via international entity
All tools/subscriptions provided (Claude Pro, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
After proving yourself (Month 3-6):
Performance review and salary adjustment
?60-80k for strong performers
Project completion bonuses
Long-term (6+ months):
?80-100k+ potential
