Junior Flutter Developer (Web + Express + REST APIs)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Flutter Developer who’s passionate about building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using Flutter. You’ll collaborate closely with our backend and product teams to deliver seamless web experiences powered by REST APIs and an Express.js backend.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who’s comfortable with both the frontend (Flutter Web) and backend integration (Express + REST APIs) stack, and who’s eager to grow in a fast-moving product environment.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain responsive Flutter Web applications.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs, ensuring efficient data handling and error management.
• Collaborate with backend developers to optimize API design and integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and fix performance or compatibility issues across browsers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Continuously learn and contribute to improving UI/UX and overall developer experience.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter, specifically Flutter Web (not just mobile).
• Practical experience building or integrating with Express.js applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
• Familiarity with state management (e.g. Riverpod, Provider, Bloc, etc.).
• Solid grasp of responsive design, asynchronous programming, and JSON serialization.
• Comfortable using Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, branching, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn quickly.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience with TypeScript or Node.js beyond Express basics.
• Familiarity with Docker, Firebase, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth).
• Previous work in SaaS or data-driven products.
