About Us
We’re AlchemyOps, a systems agency building scalable platforms for creators and conscious businesses.
Right now we’re scaling a spiritual livestream + membership platform with 250K+ YouTube subscribers from a Bubble MVP to a Supabase 2.0 platform.
We’re looking for a Junior Developer who is hungry to learn, reliable, and can support our lean team with integrations, features, and ongoing improvements. This is a full-time, long-term role with growth opportunities.
???? Your Role
- Implement smaller features and bug fixes under guidance of our Tech Lead.
- Assist with API integrations (Stripe, Meta Pixel, GHL,
- Support testing, QA, and documentation of features.
- Work with the TPM to turn specs ? code ? working features.
- Gradually learn and take on tasks in Supabase + Next.js development.
- Support projects that serve spiritual, creator, and conscious communities.
? Requirements (Must-Have)
- Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript + React.
- Experience with REST APIs (fetching data, auth, error handling).
- Familiarity with automation tools (
- Organized and detail-oriented ? able to follow specs + checklists.
- Good English communication (written + verbal).
- Reliable, proactive, able to work async with a remote team.
???? Nice-to-Haves (Big Plus, Not Required)
- Supabase/Postgres basics (auth, schema, queries).
- Next.js experience.
- Worked on community/membership platforms.
- Interest in AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, GPT).
- Alignment with spirituality, mindfulness, or conscious living.
- Excited to work on projects that go beyond profit ? impact and awakening.
