Junior Designer for UK Art Print Brand (Long-term, Collaborative Role)

We're a UK-based e-commerce brand selling personalised art prints. We have thousands of happy customers, a 4.9-star rating, and a growing catalogue. We're looking for a designer to join us long-term and grow with the brand.

This is a great fit if you're early in your design career (a recent graphic design graduate would do this well) and want steady, ongoing work rather than one-off gigs.

What you'll do day-to-day:

- Personalise our existing art print templates. Adding customer-supplied text into pre-built layouts and choosing placement so it looks beautiful and on-brand
- Build linked smart object mockups in Photoshop: we provide the scene (e.g. a framed print on a wall), you create and link the smart object layer cleanly, and save a reusable PSD that others can drop artwork into. We'll show you exactly how we like these built.
- Place artwork into scene mockups for our website and social media
- Help us create new art pieces: we provide the artwork, you choose fonts, pairings, and layout. This is the collaborative, creative part we're most excited to build with the right person.
- Create social media graphics at correct sizes for each platform

What we're looking for:

- A genuine eye for typography. Font choice, pairing, and placement is the heart of this role
- Comfortable in Photoshop, especially smart objects and editable layers (this is a core part of the job. Some experience here matters, but we're happy to train the right person who has the fundamentals)
- Familiar with Canva and Photopea, and aware of their limitations vs Photoshop
- Fluent, comfortable written English
- A quick learner who's reliable and available long-term
- Stable, fast internet

You don't need years of experience or to be a senior designer. We care more about taste, reliability, and wanting this job specifically.
