Junior App Developer (Mobile, Web)

Job Summary

The One App is looking for a Junior App Developer eager to learn and grow while helping build an AI-first mobile and web application. You will support the development of iOS, Android, and web features and gain hands-on experience working with AI-driven development approaches (similar to the Claude code app).

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining mobile apps for iOS and Android
Support web development tasks and mobile–web integration
Help implement features in an AI-first application using AI-driven tools
Fix bugs, improve UI, and optimize performance
Work closely with senior developers, product, and design teams
Follow App Store, Play Store, and security guidelines

Requirements

Basic to intermediate experience in mobile app development
Familiarity with React Native
Basic knowledge of CSS and UI styling
Understanding of APIs and web fundamentals
Interest in AI-driven development and modern app workflows

Must Have
Residing in the Philippines
Available from 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PH Time)
Stable internet connection
Willingness to learn and take feedback

Nice to Have
Personal or school app projects
Basic experience with Git or version control
Interest in startups or AI-powered products
