Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Technical Project Manager to help keep our Web3 game development projects on track. You will utilize tools like Trello to organize tasks, hold regular stand-up meetings, and provide updates to the CTO.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Organize Web3 game development deliverables using Trello.
Schedule and conduct regular stand-up meetings to track progress.
Provide comprehensive updates and reports to the CTO.
Ensure all tasks are clearly assigned and deadlines are met.
Facilitate communication and coordination among tea ---------- mbers.
Oversee the technical aspects of the project to ensure they align with the development goals and timelines.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 2 years of experience in:

Technical project management, specifically in software or game development.
Utilizing project management tools such as Trello or similar.
Leading stand-up meetings and reporting to senior management.
Experience with Web3 technologies and blockchain.
Soft Skills:

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive problem solver.
Capable of understanding and overseeing technical aspects of the project.
Basic Skills:
In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:

Trello
Notion
Slack

Telegram

Google Sheets
Google Slides
Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, etc.
Time management or time tracking software (e.g., TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
Desired Technical Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you:

Experience with Agile/Scru ---------- thodologies.
Knowledge of Web3 game development lifecycle.
Experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT in workflows.
Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday. The hours are flexible, but we would need you to be online with us for at least an hour for our daily scru ---------- etings. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
