Job Title: Website Designer – WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, SEO & eCommerce API Integration
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Website Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce, with proven experience building websites for real estate, service-based businesses, and eCommerce stores. A strong grasp of SEO, keyword optimization, and API integration for inventory and order automation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build responsive websites using WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
Develop websites for real estate and service-based businesses with lead capture, contact forms, and booking integrations.
Set up and manage eCommerce stores with optimized product pages, checkout flows, and payment gateways.
Integrate APIs from third-party suppliers for real-time inventory updates, automated ordering, and tracking.
Apply best practices for SEO, including keyword research, metadata, alt text, URL structure, and internal linking.
Ensure websites are fast, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions and search engine visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital strategy, funnels, and lead generation.
Maintain and update websites as needed, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure security and backups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience designing websites on WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce
Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and keyword optimization tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console)
Familiarity with building real estate websites (IDX/MLS integration a plus)
Experience creating websites for service industries (e.g., medical, repair, consulting, legal)
Proficiency with API integration for inventory management and order fulfillment (REST, JSON, XML, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify API, WooCommerce REST API, Zapier, or custom middleware
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and eCommerce funnel building
Spanish language skills are a plus
