full time · Remote · Long-term (BASE PAY $700-$1000 a month) plus performance bonusus

ABOUT US
We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand. We sell through paid

Facebook
and Instagram ads and we're scaling fast. We need a creative who can
take an ad from idea to finished video — write the script, create the video, and
edit it into a scroll-stopping ad that converts.

THE ROLE
This is an end-to-end ad creation role. You won't just edit footage we hand you —
you'll write the scripts and hooks yourself, create the video content (film
and/or generate using AI tools), and edit the final ad. This is direct-response
work: your job is to make ads that SELL, not just look pretty. We'll give you
winning examples and our creative frameworks. This is a high-volume role — we
want 20–30 finished ads per week so we can test constantly and find winners fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the ad scripts and hooks (angles, problem/solution, CTA)
- Create the video content — film and/or generate it using AI video tools
- Edit the footage into 15– ---------- second Facebook/Instagram ads
- Write and place punchy on-screen captions and subtitles
- Nail the hook in the first 2 seconds (the most important part of every ad)
- Add B-roll, music, sound effects, zooms, and pacing that hold attention
- Produce 20–30 finished ads per week (different scripts/hooks/angles)
- Iterate quickly based on the performance data we share with you
- Keep all assets organized and clearly named

REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years creating and editing short-form video (TikTok / Reels / Facebook ads)
- Can write your own ad scripts and hooks in good English
- Can create video content — comfortable filming and/or using AI video tools
- Fluent with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- You understand direct-response / UGC ad style (hook, problem, solution, proof, CTA)
- Fast turnaround and reliable daily output
- Strong written English and clear communication
- Stable internet and a computer that can handle video editing

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience creating eCommerce / dropshipping ads
- Experience with AI-generated UGC and AI video tools
- Basic motion graphics and thumbnail design

HOURS
Full-time, long-term. Some overlap with US hours preferred (flexible).

SALARY & BONUSES
- Base: $700-$1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
- Winner Bonus: $50–100 for every ad that becomes a proven winner (one we scale)
- Hero Bonus: extra $100–200 when an ad scales big and stays profitable
- Reviews and raises based on results ( WE DO WELL YOU DO WELL)
