Job Overview:
I’m looking for a full-time, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage the job application process on my behalf. Your role will include finding job listings, customizing resumes, generating AI-assisted cover letters, submitting applications, and tracking everything in a shared spreadsheet. This is a performance-driven role with high trust.
If you’re highly organized, excellent at written English, and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT and Google Sheets — you could be a perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
Find and review job descriptions and identify key skills/keywords
Tailor my resume for each application (I will provide base versions)
Use AI (ChatGPT) to generate concise, customized cover letters for each job
Submit applications via LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career sites
Record all details in a shared Google Sheet (resume version used, job link, date, status, etc.)
Flag interviews, responses, and send daily performance summaries
Skills & Tools You Should Know:
Excellent written English (you’ll write/edit daily)
Experience editing resumes and understanding ATS best practices
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and online application platforms
Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools to generate professional writing
Hours & Commitment:
Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week
Daily reporting required (brief summary + spreadsheet update)
Flexible working hours, but you must consistently meet daily goals
Compensation:
$4/hour — Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monthly equivalent: $692.80 USD (~?40,200 PHP)
Paid bi-weekly via Wise or Payoneer
