Job Application Manager for Growth, Ecommerce and Revenue Operations Roles

I am looking for a reliable and detail oriented professional who can fully manage my job application process for contract roles in the following areas:

Growth Operations
Ecommerce Operations
Revenue Operations

Your main goal is to make sure I only show up for interviews. Everything before that will be handled by you.

This is not a one time task. I am looking for someone who can manage this process end to end and treat it seriously.

What you will do

Create or improve my CV based on my background and the roles we are targeting
Optimize my CV for each role if needed
Search and identify relevant contract roles that fit my experience
Apply to jobs on my behalf across different platforms
Track all applications and responses in an organized way
Follow up where appropriate
Handle communication until interview stage
Share interview details with me clearly and on time

What I am looking for

Strong experience with CV writing and job applications
Good understanding of Growth, Ecommerce or Revenue Operations roles
Excellent English writing skills
Very organized and process driven
Able to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable applying to a high volume of roles consistently

Nice to have

Experience applying for UK or EU based contract roles
Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and company career pages
Basic understanding of ATS systems

Outcome I care about
