Investment Banking Analyst - Deal Execution & Client Coverage (Remote)

We're a fast-moving advisory firm looking for a sharp investment banking analyst to join our team. This is a hands-on role with real exposure across the business - you'll touch many different moving parts, not sit in a silo.

What you'll be doing:

- Materials - building and refining client-facing materials (pitch decks, marketing materials, models, and supporting analysis)
- Client calls - joining live client calls and contributing directly
- Discovery calls - running discovery calls to qualify and understand prospective clients' needs
- Friday client coverage (critical) - every Friday you'll update existing clients on exactly where things stand in the pipeline.
- This is a core part of the role and a top priority - clients need consistent, reliable visibility on progress
- Slack - you'll live in Slack with the team for day-to-day communication and coordination
- Outreach tooling - working with Aimfox (LinkedIn lead generation and messaging automation) to support pipeline development
- Wearing multiple hats - getting involved across various areas of the business as needs arise

Who we're looking for:

- Genuine investment banking analyst experience (deal execution, financial modeling, materials prep)
- Strong written and verbal communication - comfortable on client calls
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Comfortable in a remote, Slack-based environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools (Aimfox a plus, but trainable)
