Inventory & Supply Chain Systems Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory & Supply Chain Systems Manager to take full ownership of our inventory planning and optimization processes, with a primary focus on managing and maximizing the use of EasyStock.

EasyStock is an advanced inventory forecasting and replenishment platform that uses data-driven insights to optimize stock levels, improve availability, and reduce excess inventory. It integrates with our existing systems, including our 3PL (third-party logistics provider), to support efficient stock control across multiple warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Ownership & Integration
• Take full ownership of EasyStock, ensuring it is correctly configured and utilized.
• Maintain accurate synchronization between EasyStock, internal systems, and the 3PL platform.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies between systems to ensure real-time stock accuracy.

2. Inventory Planning & Purchasing
• Create and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasting and stock levels.
• Monitor and manage inventory across multiple warehouses.
• Ensure optimal stock levels to balance availability and cash flow.
• Identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence or automation.

3. Stock Optimization
• Proactively manage stockouts and prevent lost sales.
• Identify and manage excess or slow-moving stock, including recommending pricing or promotional strategies.
• Identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence or automation.

4. Performance & Efficiency Improvements
• Continuously review and improve inventory management processes.
• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence or automation.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor key inventory metrics (stock turnover, sell-through rate, stock cover, etc.).
• Generate reports and insights to support business decision-making.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.
Skills & Experience Required
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel / data analysis capability.
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation (preferred).
