Intermediate or Senior Interior Designer

Drake Khan Design is growing—and we’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Intermediate or Senior Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. We work on high-impact hospitality, workplace, and multifamily projects across North America, and we’re looking for someone who can jump in and contribute right away.

What you’ll do:

Develop and manage guest room matrices, floor plans, and furniture/accessory tag plans.
Produce detailed drawing sets in AutoCAD.
Prepare FF&E specifications and schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
Tell strong visual stories through Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape (or similar), and Canva.
Pull finishes and materials aligned with project goals, brand standards, and local availability.
Build clean, compelling client decks and presentations based on Drake Khan Design’s templates and brand aesthetic.
Confidently source from US and project-location vendors (furniture, lighting, finishes, etc.).

What you bring:

Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
A portfolio that prioritizes HOSPITALITY, with added experience in workplace and/or multifamily projects a bonus.
A strong interior design sensibility that aligns with Drake Khan Design’s aesthetic and values.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and 3D rendering programs.
Familiarity with the US vendor landscape and sourcing channels.
Understanding of major hotel brand standards (Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice, Accor, etc.).
Comfort working on projects across North America and collaborating remotely across time zones.
Strong communicator, deadline-driven, and proactive team player.
