As Project Coordinator,, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the drafter and reviewing/approving all detailed specification packages
Coordinating with clients and vendors to execute jobs efficiently and accurately
Creating and organizing spreadsheets to track and manage project progress
Managing and updating
Keeping all digital and physical project folders organized and current
Obtaining approvals and handling the purchasing of all items needed for each project
Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of the company.
