About Us
We are a fast-growing personal injury intake and lead operations company supporting law firms across multiple states. Our team handles inbound lead intake, client communication, call routing, CRM management, and intake operations.
We are looking for a highly organized and systems-driven operations manager to help build and optimize our intake infrastructure.
This is NOT an ad buying or media buying role.
We are looking for someone experienced in:

Responsibilities
CRM & Workflow Management
* Build and optimize CRM workflows and automations
* Improve lead routing and intake processes
* Organize pipelines, tags, reporting, and automations
* Reduce manual tasks through automation
Dialer & Telecom Systems
* Manage and implement dialer systems
* Configure call queues, IVRs, recordings, and routing
* Improve speed-to-lead and rep connectivity
* Troubleshoot telecom and workflow issues
Call Tracking & Lead Operations
* Set up and manage call tracking platforms
* Monitor lead attribution and routing accuracy
* Improve lead distribution systems
* Assist with vendor integrations and reporting
Intake Operations
* Improve intake workflows and QA processes
* Help create operational SOPs and systems
* Work closely with intake reps and management
* Monitor operational performance and identify inefficiencies

Qualifications
* Experience managing CRMs and workflow automations
* Experience with remote call center operations
* Strong understanding of dialers and telecom systems
* Experience with tools such as:
* GoHighLevel
* Ringba
* Twilio
* Nimbata
* Kixie
* Retreaver
* Zapier / Make.com
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to build scalable systems and processes
* Experience in legal, insurance, lead generation, or contact centers is a plus
