JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to manage intake of potential client matters as part of an exciting and growing new business.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, high-value legal practice. The right candidate will be comfortable handling both substantive legal research and support tasks, as well as administrative duties necessary for the efficient operation of the firm.

Responsibilities will include:

Corresponding with potential clients and reviewing, organizing, and analyzing their documents; and then providing a memo on the merits of the potential client's case.

Assisting with case tracking, and file management.

Preparing correspondence and managing deadlines.

Supporting client communications and administrative processes.

Learning and implementing firm systems to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Law degree (J.D. or foreign equivalent). Bar admission is preferred but not required at the outset.

Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Comfortable using technology, cloud-based tools, and case management systems.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage deadlines.
