# Insurance Virtual Assistant Wanted — Florida Insurance Experience Preferred
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **Insurance Virtual Assistant** to join our growing insurance agency.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting a property and casualty insurance agency, especially with **Florida auto and homeowners insurance**. The right person should be organized, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to help keep the team moving efficiently every day.
## About the Role
You will support our sales and service teams with administrative tasks, client follow-up, quoting support, CRM updates, document handling, and general insurance-related workflows.
Florida insurance experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to training the right person if they are sharp, dependable, and eager to learn.
## Responsibilities
You may be responsible for:
* Updating client and lead information in the CRM
* Reviewing leads and making sure information is complete
* Assisting with auto and homeowners insurance quoting workflows
* Gathering missing client information
* Sending follow-up texts,
* Uploading documents and keeping client files organized
* Helping with policy service requests
* Checking carrier portals for policy details, documents, billing info, or underwriting updates
* Supporting producers with daily tasks
* Leaving clear notes so the team understands what happened
* Helping organize renewals, follow-ups, and pending items
* Communicating with clients, vendors, and tea
## Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
* Florida property and casualty insurance
* Auto insurance
* Homeowners insurance
* Flood insurance
* Citizens, Universal, Slide, Tower Hill, Heritage, Progressive, Allstate, Ivantage, or similar carriers
* Agency CRM systems
* Carrier portals
* Insurance quoting platforms
* Mortgagee changes, ID cards, declaration pages, policy documents, billing, and endorsements
* Remote insurance agency support

## Requirements

* Prior virtual assistant or administrative experience
* Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets,
* Ability to work Monday through Friday during U.S. business hours
* Insurance experience preferred, especially Florida insurance
## Schedule
This is a remote position.
Preferred schedule: **Monday–Friday, U.S. Eastern Time business hours**
Full-time or part-time may be considered depending on experience and fit.
