Insurance Appointment Setter - Cold Calling US Agencies

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced appointment setter to call independent insurance agencies in the United States and book demo meetings with agency owners.

Responsibilities:
- Find agency phone numbers from provided list of companies and their websites
- Cold call insurance agencies during US business hours
- Ask for the agency owner or principal by name
- Deliver a short pitch and book 15-minute demo meetings
- Log all calls, results, and follow-ups in a spreadsheet
- Follow up with agencies that requested a callback

Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Insurance industry experience strongly preferred
- Clear English speaking voice
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and objection handling
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Own headset and computer

Nice to have:
- Experience calling US small business owners
- Familiar with insurance terminology (P&C, COI, AMS)

Schedule:
Part-time, 4-6 hours/day during US business hours (EST or CST preferred)
