Instagram Operations Lead (Remote)

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Instagram Operations Lead to oversee our Instagram team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and the Instagram department (the CEO communicates directly only with the IG Lead).
Supervise and support the Instagram team, including posters, editors, and content producers, while helping onboard future tea ---------- mbers.
Review and evaluate content to determine whether it meets Instagram guidelines and quality standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues involving automation tools, Doritos/container setup, remote access software, and other internal systems.
Research trends and gather reference materials for the Instagram Content Producer to use in Airtable workflows.
Help improve team processes and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
Willing to work overtime and adjust your schedule when needed.
Previous leadership or team management experience (experience managing 5+ people is a plus).
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Based in or near Manila is an advantage.
Fast learner with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience with phone farms, AI tools (such as Higgsfield.ai and Nano Banana), and Cursor is a plus but not required.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PHT (8 hours/day)

Compensation: $3/hour
