The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new client leads and closing inquiry calls/leads through cold calling. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the professional community who are in a position to refer potential clients to the company and through maintaining and developing new marketing methods. They will also receive purchased leads via online marketing that will need to be attended to in a timely fashion.
• Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sources
• Develop and help manage new lead sources per blueprint and sales strategy. Find the right people within each influence center and entice them to have a conversation with our agency owner and set up an appointment.
• Arrange online presentations of Senior Helpers services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies
• Attend online trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Senior Helpers services. Digitally Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources
• Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, and develop new methods of marketing
• Maintain and manage a Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system, lead management tool and operations software.
- Assist in other administrative areas as assigned and necessary
- Ability to carry a genuine conversation without the need of a script.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
• Must have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects and key influence center personnel
• Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
• Minimum of one-year experience in the health-related industry developing and managing a sales strategy
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferred
• Proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
• Ability to learn other software programs quickly
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BPO Experience required
- Must have fast and reliable internet and computer
- Must be able to use time tracking software
- Must have minimum of 1 year experience with leads management
- Must have the ability to use a softphone
- The ideal candidate would be a sales-oriented person with a nursing background or similar
- The Ideal candidate will have a very caring personality and a love for senior citizens and elderly care
- Must be able to reliably work from 9am - 5pm CST (overnight hours in Philippines)
