Real Estate Inside Sales & Appointment Setter

About the Role

Cash 4 Homes buys houses directly from motivated sellers. We're hiring a driven Inside Sales and Appointment Setting Assistant to qualify inbound leads, make outbound prospecting calls, and keep our pipeline of seller leads moving. This role is purely sales support — you will not be making offers or negotiating price. Your job is to qualify the lead, gather the right information, and set the appointment.
This is a high-activity phone role. The right person is comfortable on the phone, follows scripts consistently, and treats every conversation with urgency and professionalism. Real estate or wholesaling experience is a strong plus but not required — we will train you on our process.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Prospecting
• Answer and qualify warm inbound leads from ads, signs, and referrals
• Make outbound calls to prospect lists (absentee owners, pre-foreclosure, probate, etc.) and follow up on older leads
• Qualify sellers using our scripts and criteria — property condition, mortgage balance, timeline, motivation, occupancy
• Follow up persistently via phone and text until a clear disposition is reached on each lead
• Log every call, note, and disposition accurately in Go High Level (GHL)
Appointment Setting
• Schedule qualified appointments between sellers and our acquisitions contact
• Confirm and remind sellers of upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows
• Keep the appointment calendar in GHL clean, accurate, and up to date
CRM & Communication
• Manage and update all lead records in Go High Level, ensuring pipeline accuracy
• Make and receive calls using a VoIP platform (Dialpad or similar), maintaining a professional, consistent tone
• Communicate with the team via Slack for updates, handoffs, and coordination
• Follow up on every lead that isn't a hard no — nothing falls through the cracks
What You Will NOT Be Responsible For

• Making cash offers or negotiating price with sellers
• Designing the sales process — we provide the scripts and you follow them, with room to give feedback as we refine
Qualifications

• Experience with a CRM platform (Go High Level experience is a strong plus, but not required — we will train)
• Comfortable with VoIP calling platforms (Dialpad or similar) for high-volume calling
• Comfortable using Slack for team communication
• Strong spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence
• Self-motivated and able to hit daily call and follow-up targets independently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in CRM record-keeping
• Real estate, wholesaling, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time remote position, 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (Montgomery, AL time zone), with a 1-hour unpaid break. Compensation: $700–$900 USD per month, based on experience.
Equipment

This is an independent contractor position. You will need to supply your own computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection. We provide access to our software tools, including Go High Level (CRM) and our VoIP calling platform.
