Context
We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand ready to invest seriously in creator marketing. We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to own the entire strategy and execution — from identifying the right creators to managing relationships and tracking results. This is not a one-off task: we want someone who becomes our go-to expert on this subject.
What you'll do
Strategy
Build and recommend a creator marketing strategy tailored to our brand (gifting, paid collabs, partnership ads, affiliates, UGC)
Define the right creator profiles to target and the best platforms to focus on
Advise us on best practices, benchmarks, and what actually works
Sourcing & research
Identify and build qualified lists of relevant creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Collect key data points: handle,
Filter and qualify profiles independently based on your understanding of our brand
Outreach & relationship management
Handle all first contact with creators
Manage the full conversation: follow-ups, negotiation, briefing, and closing deals
Maintain an up-to-date tracking sheet with the status of each creator at all times
Campaign execution & reporting
Coordinate gifting shipments, paid collaborations, and content deliveries
Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates and insights
Make recommendations based on results to continuously improve our approach
Who we're looking for
experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or UGC campaigns
Has managed campaigns end-to-end, not just one part of the process
Knows the creator ecosystem inside out — you can spot a great fit for a brand without being told every criterion
Experienced with outreach and negotiation with creators of all sizes
Comfortable building and maintaining tracking systems (Google Sheets or equivalent)
Autonomous, proactive, and able to bring ideas to the table — we want an expert, not an executor
Familiar with scraping or data tools to source creators at scale
