Inbox Management (Instantly.ai)

Monitor all campaign inboxes

Unsubscribe leads immediately upon opt-out

Daily KPI Tracking

Log opens, replies, positive replies, bounces, meetings booked

Update our Google Sheet dashboard each morning

Alerts & Issue Resolution

Flag completed campaigns

Surface any deliverability or performance issues ASAP

Must-Have Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai (or similar cold-email platform)

Strong comfort with Google Sheets—formulas, filters, basic data validation

High attention to detail: you’ll spot a rogue bounce or stalled campaign in seconds

Self-starter attitude: this is a solo role; you own the inbox

Tools & Training
Platforms: Instantly.ai, Google Sheets

Onboarding: You’ll go through our proprietary training to master campaign workflow and KPI reporting

Compensation & Perks
Pay: $200–$300 +/month (part-time)
