WHO WE ARE

GoFunnels is a done-for-you funnel building and revenue infrastructure firm. We've built over 2,000 funnels and optimized 1,000+ GoHighLevel accounts for clients including Gym Launch, Brian Tracy, and Valuetainment.
We don't build pretty websites. We build backend systems that generate revenue. Our clients are founders doing $10K to $500K+ per month who need their marketing and sales infrastructure to actually work.


THE ROLE

You'll be the first point of contact for every prospect who applies to work with us. Your job is to make sure every call on our Head of Sales' calendar is qualified, prepared, and ready to close.
This is not a cold-calling role. Our leads come inbound fro ---------- ta ads and Instagram. They've already raised their hand. Your job is to take that hand-raise and turn it into a high-quality Discovery call.
You'll report directly to our Head of Sales. The communication between you two needs to be tight. Daily sync meetings. You'll be his right hand in the sales process.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO EVERY DAY

1) Manage inbound applications. Prospects come through our typeform after seeing our ads. Some book calls. Some don't. Your job is to work both lists:

2) For prospects who book: Call or message them to confirm, make sure they've watched the pre-call video, qualify them before the call, and reschedule or disqualify if they're not a fit.
For prospects who don't book: Call them, find out where they dropped off, and get them scheduled.

Speed matters. When a hot application comes in, you need to be on it within minutes. Not hours. The faster you reach a prospect after they apply, the higher the show rate and the better the call quality.
Work lead lists. We have existing lead lists that need to be worked. Your job is to go through them, re-engage prospects, and get qualified ones onto calls.

Manage Instagram DMs. You'll be managing conversations on the founder's Instagram account. Prospects reach out through DMs, comments, and stories. You'll follow up on those conversations and route qualified prospects toward booking a call.
Qualify with judgment, not just a script. You need to know the difference between a founder who's genuinely ready to invest in their infrastructure and someone who's "just looking." Calendar space is valuable. Every call you book should be one he can close. If you flood him with weak calls, that's a problem. If you're too aggressive disqualifying, that's also a problem. The judgment to get this right is the most important skill in this role.

Fill out disposition forms. When you take action on a lead, you log it. Simple form, three fields. This keeps the pipeline clean and gives us data to optimize.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who gets the agency and marketing world. You don't need to be a funnel expert. But when a prospect mentions GHL, ad spend, funnels, automations, or lead gen, you shouldn't sound lost. If you've worked in or around digital marketing, agencies, or SaaS for a year or two, you'll be fine.
Strong written communication. Half your outreach is SMS, email, and DMs. Your writing needs to sound like a real human being, not a template. Direct, confident, no fluff. If your natural writing style is corporate jargon or overly formal, this isn't the right fit.

Excellent English with American accent. Our clients are American founders and business owners. You'll be calling and texting them daily. Your English needs to be fluent, natural, and easy to understand on the first listen. An American-leaning accent is required. If a prospect has to ask you to repeat yourself, the call is already going sideways. This is non-negotiable.
Phone presence that builds trust quickly. When you get a prospect on the phone, you have about 90 seconds to sound competent and warm. You're not closing. You're earning the right to book them with our Head of Sales. That takes a specific kind of confidence.

Proactive and intrapreneurial. Our systems are not fully built out. We're building as we go. We don't want someone who sits around waiting for SOPs and instructions. We want someone who sees a gap, brings an idea, and says "I think we should try this." If you've used AI tools to improve your own workflows, that's a strong signal. If you think like an operator and not just an employee, you'll thrive here.

Comfortable with fast-paced, Slack-driven work. Your day is reactive. Alerts come in, you respond fast, you manage multiple conversations simultaneously. If you need a quiet, structured, one-thing-at-a-time environment, this will feel chaotic. If you thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift throughout the day, you'll love it.

Resilience without ego. Prospects will ghost you. Some will be rude. You need to bounce back fast without taking it personally. But you also need emotional intelligence to read when to push and when to back off. Empathy without softness.


WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR

Script-dependent SDRs. If you need a word-for-word script to function, this role will break you. You need to think on your feet and adapt to each conversation.

High-volume cold-call veterans. Our leads are inbound. The skill set is different. We need someone who can warm-engage people who've already shown interest, not hammer through a cold list.
People who just want to hit quota and clock out. We're building something. The right person sees this as a launchpad, not a job. If you want to grow into a closer role within 12-18 months, this is your path. If you just want to collect a paycheck, we're not a fit.

Over-promisers. The smooth talker who sounds great in interviews but sets wrong expectations with prospects. We sell through clarity and proof, not pressure. Your tone should match that.


COMPENSATION

Base: $1,200/month starting (90-day review to $1,500 based on performance)
Commission: 1.5% of closed deal value from calls you book
Monthly milestone bonuses:
$50K cash collected in a month: $100 bonus
$100K cash collected in a month: $250 bonus

Milestones reset monthly. Commission is tied to deals that actually close, not bookings. This means your incentive is to book quality, not volume.

What this looks like in practice:
- You book 75 calls, 20 close, cash collected is $150K
- You get $1,200 base + $2,250 (1.5% of cash collected) + $350 ($50K + $100K cash collected bonus)
- Total: $3,800

90-day review criteria for base increase:

- Speed-to-lead consistency (85%+ SLA hit rate)
- Show-up rate on booked calls (70%+)
- Disposition form completion (100%)
-Head of Sales' assessment of call quality


HOURS AND SCHEDULE

You'll be working US business hours. From the Philippines, that means night shift (roughly 9pm-6am Manila time). If you've done this before, you know the drill. If you haven't, be honest with yourself about whether you can sustain it. The speed-to-lead requirement means you need to be fully alert and responsive during peak hours.


HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Send your resume and a short Loom video (under 90 seconds) on why this role interests you.

Step 2: Answer this in your application: "A prospect fills out our application form. You call them. They don't pick up. Two hours later they text back: 'Hey sorry I missed your call, what's this about?' Write your reply."
Don't overthink it. Just write what you'd actually send. We're looking at how you communicate, not whether you hit some magic formula.

Step 3: Record a 60-second voice note (phone recording or voice memo is fine) introducing yourself and telling us about a time you turned an unresponsive lead into a booked meeting. Upload it or share a link. This is how we assess your spoken English and communication style. Applications without a voice note will not be reviewed.

Step 4: If we like what we see and hear, you'll have a short interview with our Head of Sales followed by a conversation with our founder.
