Inbound Sales Representative – Diabetic Supplies
Position: Inbound Sales Representative
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)
Location: Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Representative to answer incoming calls from customers seeking quotes for diabetic supplies. This is a sales-focused role that requires strong communication, persistence, and exceptional follow-up skills to maximize conversions.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from prospective customers requesting diabetic supply quotes.

Build rapport quickly and confidently guide customers through the sales process.

Negotiate effectively to maximize sales while providing excellent customer service.

Maintain consistent follow-up with leads until a final decision is reached.

Accurately update customer information and track communications using GoHighLevel (GHL).

Meet or exceed sales and conversion goals.

Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude on every call.

Requirements

Excellent negotiating and closing skills.
Near-native or fluent English with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication.

Proven experience in phone sales, preferably in inbound sales or healthcare-related sales.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills—no leads should fall through the cracks.
Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is required.

Reliable high-speed internet, quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

Available to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling diabetic supplies, medical equipment, or healthcare-related products.

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales targets.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
