Inbound Customer Service Agent – Healthcare (Remote)
Remote | Full-Time | PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000/month
Shift: 8 hours/day | Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM CST | Schedule assigned upon hire
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a professional and dependable Customer Service Agent to handle inbound calls on behalf of a U.S.-based healthcare client. You will assist plan members with their questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and full compliance with U.S. privacy and healthcare regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Answer inbound calls from U.S. healthcare plan members professionally and on time
Assist members with questions about their benefits, coverage, and general healthcare services
Handle all member information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and U.S. privacy laws
Log and document call details accurately in the client's system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS)
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO
Background in medical billing, health insurance, or healthcare administration
Basic familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system and medical terminology
HIPAA compliance training certified
Knowledge of U.S. patient privacy laws and data protection standards
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Windows 11 operating system
Intel Core i3 or i5 processor (or higher)
Two (2) monitors
Wired headset only
Stable wired internet connection
