About Welch Commercial:

We source new construction commercial projects for specialty contractors across the US — roofing, framing, concrete, electrical, HVAC. Our founder Rob Welch has been part of over $143M in commercial work and brings real projects directly to contractors. We're growing fast and building out our team.

The Role:
We run high-volume outbound campaigns: voicemail drops, SMS, and emai, targeting commercial contractors. When they call back, you pick up, have a genuine conversation, qualify them, and book them onto a call with Rob. That's your job.
This isn't a script-reading role. We want someone who can hold a real conversation, handle pushback, and get the booking without being pushy.

What you'll be doing:

* Answering inbound callbacks from commercial contractors across the US
* Running a qualifying conversation to confirm they do new construction commercial work
* Booking qualified contractors onto a 30-minute Zoom call with Rob via GoHighLevel
* Logging every call with proper tags and pipeline updates in GHL
* Joining a daily morning team call - mandatory, not optional
* Weekly 1-on-1 with team manager (Kris) to stay accountable and keep improving


What we're looking for:

* Experience in construction, home services, or a related trade industry is strongly preferred
* GoHighLevel CRM (GHL) experience is strongly preferred
* Strong spoken English (barely to no accent) as you'll be speaking with US-based business owners all day
* Proven background in appointment setting, SDR work, or inbound sales
* Someone who doesn't fold on objections - you need to be comfortable holding your ground calmly and confidently
* Growth mindset - we do daily training and expect you to get better every week
* Reliable internet, quiet setup, available US eastern business hours
* Full-time availability - this is not a side gig
* Able to be on the phone for 6-8+ hours per day without burning out
* Book 10-15 qualified meetings daily


Compensation:

* Performance-based: $100 per closed deal
* OTE $1,500–$2,000+/month for someone who is consistent and hungry
* Base pay of $500/month guaranteed: this covers you while you’re ramping up
* The base is a safety net, not a ceiling. Top performers earn well above OTE through volume
* Long-term opportunity: as we scale, so does your earning potential
