Import Writable PDF to Gravity Form using Add-On: Fillable PDF

I have a set of PDF Writable that i need to have imported on my Wordpress Site.
Extention Gravity Form Pro Already Installed with license
Add-On: PDF Fillable already installed with license (Tool to import writable PDF to Gravity Form)

Need to have the task performed to import a set of 8 already created Writable PDF and make them usable on the wordpress site and save info once PDF is Filled.

Experience in this field is required usage of Gravity Form and Fillable PDF Add-On is required.
