Role Overview

We seek a Junior Consultant with a good understanding of database structures and a basic grasp of programming languages to become an integral part of our Client Services team. The Junior Consultant will support our Senior Consultant for our large and complex projects, crafting solutions within integrated environments using the Upgrade to see actual info Work OS.

The role demands a deep comprehension of client business processes and workflows, with a focus on identifying areas for optimisation that can be translated into the Upgrade to see actual info platform. The candidate will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to create solutions that align with the business's technical and operational aspects.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Senior Consultant to scope and implement solutions using the Upgrade to see actual info Work OS.
- Develop custom middleware to integrate two platforms using API’s.
- Actively engage in product capability extension by helping customers achieve and exceed their business objectives.
- Build and sustain the technical acumen of our professional services and client onboarding teams.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Upgrade to see actual info Apps framework to discern its capabilities and limitations.
- Continuously update knowledge about the Upgrade to see actual info product and emerging technologies.

Skill Requirements

Technical

- Proficient in Javascript and its ecosystems
- Advanced understanding of data types and relational database structures
- Familiarity with SSO/SAML/AD and other identity authentication protocols is a plus
- Experience with integration platforms such as Upgrade to see actual info, is beneficial
- Knowledge of the NodeJS framework is an added advantage

Soft Skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, and empathy
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt
- Good written and spoken English and interpersonal skills
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Training: Provided. One day per fortnight will be allocated for self-development, training, and education on the latest technologies.
- Max hours per week: 40
