Oversee and manage internal projects from planning through execution
Support basic IT functions, including troubleshooting system or program issues when they arise
Ensure all company systems and tools are running smoothly and efficiently
Monitor and improve business workflows and operational processes
Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements
Work closely with leadership to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and updates

Requirements
Proven experience in Project Management or Operations Management
Strong IT background with ability to troubleshoot systems and basic technical issues
Experience working with business systems, workflows, or process automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, project management tools, or CRM systems is an advantage
