About the Role

We are looking for a reliable IT Support & Systems Assistant to help our internal team resolve day-to-day technical issues and keep our systems running smoothly.

You will support staff with logins, troubleshooting, and system issues, and also assist with basic reporting and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping a team operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Systems Support (Level1 and 2)
Help tea ---------- mbers with logins, access, and system issues
Troubleshoot problems across CRM, phone systems, and other tools
Resolve issues quickly or escalate when needed
Ensure systems are working correctly day-to-day

Systems & Tools
Support systems such as:

Pipedrive (CRM) / Go High Level
Aircall (VOIP phone system)
Other internal tools
Monitor systems and identify issues early
Reporting & Dashboards
Build simple dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets
Ensure data is accurate and up to date

Key Requirements
Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, basic dashboards)
Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills
Good English communication (written and spoken)
Reliable and able to work full-time during Australian hours

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with Aircall or VOIP systems
Experience with automation tools or integrations
Experience in reporting or operations roles

Working Hours
Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST)
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Long-term role for the right candidate
