HIRING: Instagram Appointment Setter + Notion CRM Builder (Remote)

Select PDR is hiring a sharp, organized Instagram Appointment Setter who can also help us build and manage a simple Notion-based CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and booked appointments.

This role is for someone who can turn DMs into scheduled customers and keep everything structured behind the scenes.

We are a fast-growing mobile Paintless Dent Repair company in Texas helping customers remove dents and hail damage without repainting — clean, fast, factory-quality repairs.

Your job is to:
1. Respond to Instagram leads
2. Book appointments
3. Organize everything in Notion

You will help build a system where no lead gets lost.

? Responsibilities

Instagram Appointment Setting
• Respond to inbound DMs quickly
• Follow up with leads daily
• Ask qualifying questions (damage, location, insurance, timeline)
• Book appointments into our calendar
• Maintain a friendly, confident tone

Notion CRM Management
• Build and manage a lead tracker inside Notion
• Track lead status (New ? Follow-up ? Booked ? Closed)
• Log customer info + conversation notes
• Create a simple pipeline/dashboard for daily follow-ups
• Keep everything clean and organized

• Experience with appointment setting or DM sales
• Strong written English (Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable building systems in Notion
• Extremely organized and consistent
• Understands follow-up = money
• Available during business hours (Texas time preferred)

???? Compensation

Hourly + bonuses based on appointments booked and pipeline performance.

? $3–$5 per qualified appointment booked
(lead gives info + confirms time+shows up)

? $50–$150 monthly bonus for hitting volume goals:
• 20 appointments/month = +$50
• 35 appointments/month = +$100
• 50+ appointments/month = +$150
