What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building and customizing WordPress websites (themes, plugins, templates)
• Updating and maintaining existing sites for performance and security
• Setting up landing pages, forms, opt-ins, and tracking tools
• Optimizing websites for speed, mobile, and SEO best practices
• Troubleshooting bugs and solving weird “why is this broken?” problems
• Occasionally helping with VA-style tech tasks (we’re all team players!)

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in WordPress development (Gutenberg, page builders, custom themes)
• Solid HTML, CSS, PHP and basic JavaScript knowledge
• Familiarity with tools like Elementor, WPForms, WooCommerce, etc.
• Able to follow SOPs, fix issues quickly, and suggest improvements
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and good with deadlines
• Clear communicator and team player (async remote work vibes)

Bonus Points If You:
• Know how to optimize for Core Web Vitals
• Have experience with SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math)
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Trello, Canva, or Google Analytics
• Understand basic CRO, sales funnels, or A/B testing
