IFTTT/Syndwire/Blog SEO strategy

i need someone to complete the setup of my IFTTT/Syndwire/Blog SEO strategy. I have most of the pieces completed but need a few things done to finish it off that I don't have time to do.

Here is what I have setup so far....

1. One main site in a certain industry. Newly registered domain.
2. One directory site in the same industry with thousands of entries. Newly registered domain. Already has thousands of pages indexed.
3. One video sharing site that focuses on the same industry. Newly registered domain. We own the source code.
4. 16 self hosted Wordpress blogs built with expired domains.
5. A Syndwire account
6. 80+ accounts in the syndwire account

What I need is:

1. An IFTTT link wheel network to promote all of the things listed above to get the maximum benefit. If that means multiple networks then that is what I want. This strategy must be fully thought out to maximize the use of Syndwire and IFTTT and the blogs.

2. On page SEO of the sites and blogs.

3. Set up of any other accounts that are needed for the IFTTT networks.

4. Personalizing the blogs.

5. Improving the blogs as needed.

6. The first post. No, nothing has been posted on any of the social media accounts or blogs yet. I have a few articles already.

This is not an ongoing job, yet. We would like to work someone on a short term basis first to complete the tasks above. We hope to bring the person on full time that completes these tasks.
