IC-AI Script Writer for Infrastructure Catalyst (Part-Time / Monthly Contract)

Infrastructure Catalyst is looking for an AI-assisted script writer to help produce short-form video scripts for our monthly content system.

This is a focused role for someone who is strong with English, fast with AI tools, and good at picking up tone, nuance, and brand preferences. We are not looking for a generic copywriter. We need someone who can learn how we like language to sound and turn rough ideas into clean, production-ready scripts.

Scope
You will create 20 scripts per month for Infrastructure Catalyst. Final output example click here.
Each script must be delivered in a specific existing format, including:

• Scene-by-scene breakdown
• Avatar notes
• Visuals / B-roll direction
• On-screen text
• Dialogue
• Clean script for the video editor
• Instagram caption for posting

We will provide:
• the hook
• the topic
• the general idea
• brand reference documents
• examples of approved structure and tone

Your job is to turn that input into finished scripts that are clean, consistent, and ready for production.

Example Deliverable Format
Scripts must follow this exact structure:
• Scene 1, Scene 2, Scene 3, etc.
• Avatar: Yes / No
• Visuals / B-roll
• On-screen text
• Dialogue
• Clean Script for video editor
• IG Caption

Ideal Workflow
• Use Claude (preferred) or ChatGPT with our custom script-writing setup.
• Generate the first draft from the hook, topic, and idea provided.
• Review and lightly edit for clarity, tone, rhythm, and technical accuracy.
• Upload approved scripts into ClickUp so the video editors can begin production.

Tools
• You should be comfortable using:
• Claude or ChatGPT
• ClickUp
• Google Docs
• Shared brand/reference documents

What We Need
• We are looking for someone who:
• writes strong, natural English
• understands nuance and tone
• can follow a defined format closely
• is fast and organized
• is comfortable using AI as part of the writing workflow
• can make light editorial decisions without overcomplicating the copy
• can learn what Joe and Chay like and dislike in language

Nice to Have
• Experience writing scripts for Reels, Shorts, or TikTok
• Familiarity with infrastructure, engineering, project management, or B2B content
• Experience building or using custom AI prompt systems / skills

Workload
• Estimated workload is about 5–7 hours per month once the system is set up and running smoothly.

Compensation
• $150/month for these AI-assisted script deliverables.
