JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our growing international team.
Our company operates in the U.S. business financing and SaaS industry and is scaling quickly. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of HR operations, help build culture, and manage people processes with precision and empathy.

???? About the Role

This is a long-term, remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, structured environment.
You will manage end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership to build a strong internal culture and support the company’s mission of empowering small business owners.

???? Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, training, offboarding)

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Coordinate performance evaluations and track KPI compliance

Support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking systems

Handle employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives

Ensure compliance with international labor laws and internal HR standards

Assist management with hiring plans, role structuring, and disciplinary processes

???? Qualifications

3+ years of proven HR experience (preferably in remote or international teams)

Strong knowledge of recruitment, policy creation, and employee relations

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with HR software or project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack)

Experience with U.S. companies or similar Western organizations preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
