Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with dashboards, reports, performance data, campaign insights, and CRM analytics. You will be responsible for building and improving reporting structures within HubSpot, helping teams understand performance, identify opportunities, and make better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Reporting and Dashboard Management
- Build, manage, and optimise HubSpot reports and dashboards across sales, marketing, service, and customer engagement activities.
- Create clear reporting views to monitor key performance indicators, campaign performance, pipeline health, lead activity, customer engagement, and conversion trends.
- Develop customised dashboards for different teams and stakeholders based on their reporting needs.
Ensure reports are accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with business objectives.
Data Analysis and Performance Insights
- Analyse HubSpot data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make informed decisions.
- Monitor performance across campaigns, pipelines, workflows, lead sources, and customer journeys.
- Highlight bottlenecks, performance gaps, and conversion issues within the HubSpot environment.
Reporting Process Improvement
- Review existing reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Streamline reporting processes by creating automated reports, scheduled dashboards, and repeatable reporting templates.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and ensure data is presented in a useful and practical format.
- Support the development of consistent reporting standards, naming conventions, and data governance practices.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Support
- Partner with lead generation, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand what data they need and how it should be reported.
- Present findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide guidance on how teams can use HubSpot reports and dashboards to monitor performance more effectively.
- Support users in understanding HubSpot data, dashboard views, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with HubSpot reporting, CRM analytics, dashboard creation, or performance reporting.
- HubSpot Certification is required.
- Strong experience creating HubSpot reports, dashboards, custom reports, and scheduled reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into useful business insights.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, marketing performance, lead generation, campaign tracking, and customer engagement metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly and concisely.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
