We own and operate multiple home service businesses in Florida and are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is NOT a typical virtual assistant position.
We need someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys talking to customers, follows up consistently, and can help generate revenue for our companies.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule appointments and jobs
• Follow up with unsold estimates
• Contact past customers for reviews and repeat business
• Call commercial prospects and referral partners
• Manage customer communication by phone, text, and
• Update CRM and scheduling systems
• Confirm appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with customer service and lead management
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone presence
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Sales or appointment setting experience
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to learn quickly and follow systems

Compensation:
