• Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Follow standard procedures and scripts to resolve customer inquiries
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Document customer interactions and order details in the system
• Take ownership of tasks, proactively identify problems, and contribute to solutions

? You Are / You Possess:
• Call center or customer service experience (a plus, but not required if you have the right drive)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills—you think ahead, adapt quickly, and look for better ways to get things done
• A customer-first attitude with professionalism and empathy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
• Highly time-sensitive, always meeting deadlines and respecting schedules
• Embodies integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks
• Highly organized, even with small details, and able to maintain structure in fast-paced situations
• A proactive learner with the mindset of continuous growth and improvement

???? Technical Requirements:
• Own laptop or desktop computer (with sufficient specs to handle call center tasks)
• Phone – able to handle a Soft Phone App
• Stable internet connection (preferably wired, minimum 10 Mbps)
• Backup power or internet source is a plus
