Hiring: Virtual Assistants (Part Time | Remote)

We are a growing remote agency looking for smart and communicative team members to join our team.

No specific skills are required. We can train you from scratch.

We are looking for people who are adaptable, have good English skills, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats as the business grows.


Availability

This role requires availability Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine time.


About the Work

You may be involved in supporting different areas of the business, including:

- Script writing in English
- Client communication
- Admin

Responsibilities may vary depending on business needs.


Requirements

- Good English communication skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- Very responsive and reliable on WhatsApp and Discord during work hours
- Comfortable working across different types of tasks
- Comfortable with technology
- Familiar with or open to learning tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and similar platforms
- Able to work independently using provided training, systems, and documentation


Compensation

- The role will start as a part-time, hourly position.
- During the training phase, hours will be tracked at a starting rate of PHP 130 per hour.
- Your rate will increase as you gain experience.
- Over time, the role may transition to a fixed monthly salary, with the exact rate discussed after training is completed.
